GMMI's New Chat Line!

In keeping up the tradition of delivering superior customer care and avant-garde services, GMMI is proud to launch our new Chat Line.

Purpose of the chat site:

  • To accommodate time differences for our customers who live on the West coast of the United States and abroad.
  • To accommodate insureds who work during the day and would like to communicate after working hours.
  • To eliminate telephone charges for those contacting us from outside the United States.
  • To take advantage and maintain our current knowledge of the technological environment we live in.
  • To maintain more accurate records of conversations with insureds.
  • To make available to our clients the most innovative services in our industry.

Look for our Chat link on GMMI's front page at www.gmmusa.com (see screenshot below).

The chat line has started operating in January with a pilot group and Go Live date for all other interested clients on February 1st, 2010.
