I am writing to you in order to congratulate you and express my commendation for the excellent service that your Customer Service Associate and Account Assistant, Isabella Stevenson is providing.
I am an Associate Professor in Chemical Engineering in the University of Leeds, UK. I have research collaboration with Texas A&M University and I visit College Station frequently.
I am currently in College Station but I also visited College Station in August 2006 with my seven year old son. During our visit my son got ill and we needed to use his travel insurance. Being completely unaware of how the health and insurance systems work in this country and at the same time having to use his travel insurance in an emergency, I was very concerned whether that insurance would be of any use. Nevertheless, I addressed my questions to your organization and it was Isabella that dealt with this case. There are no words to express how efficiently she dealt with this case. She immediately dealt with all the issues that I mentioned. I received very prompt, accurate and idiot-proof answers to ALL my questions. She prompted me to contact her if I needed any further information and when I did, again, very promptly, accurately and politely answered all my additional questions. Following her own motivation she was providing me with feedback on every event (receipt of faxes, letters, progress of actions, etc) and completed all required actions very quickly and effectively.
I should mention that due to the nature of my work I frequently come across a number of difficult situations at different places all over the world and in most cases I end up being entangled in a huge net of bureaucracy that costs me time, money and worry. I rarely have answers to my questions and NEVER to ALL of them. Looking back I can not remember of a single occasion that the person dealing with my request was as professional, efficient, polite and helpful as Isabella.
I congratulate you for the quality of your service and having such quality staff as Isabella Stevenson."

I just had a lovely visit from Mr. and Mrs. Harris who took their time to personally thank GMMI for all their kind and professional assistance they received.
Mrs. Harris was hospitalized twice (November and February, in November with a heart attack) and Mr. Harris was sooo grateful that GMMI took care of the medical part during this tough time whilst (in his own words) he did not know if his wife would live or die. We certainly have made a big impact on these people with our excellent service.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
since complaints about bad service seem to be a daily occurrence these days, My boy-friend and myself would like to give an extra big compliment.
When we went on our 11th USA visit we were carrying the insurance coverage card with the GMMI- Logo in our luggage, not knowing that we would have to use it soon. After 1 week I got a big wooden splinter in my finger, which had to be removed surgically in a hospital. Since the hospital in AZ wasn't too convinced about my insurance card, I called GMMI. At GMMI I was assured by the extremely friendly German speaking Lady that everything necessary would be taken care of.
But that wasn't enough yet: The occasional tearing of my left eye ended up getting so bad that after 2 weeks I was only able to stay in a darkened room (in Florida with wonderful sunshine!). Again, the call to GMMI saved me. The customer service rep explained my problems to a nurse, who suspected a "pinkeye". I was referred to 2 walk- in clinics in the area. Within 24 hours I was able to enjoy the beach again with help of the eye drops which had been prescribed to me. The doctor's diagnosis was also "pinkeye".
I was shocked when I received a letter from the hospital in Florida a couple of days ago in which I was advised that my bill hadn't been paid. I sent an e-mail in that matter to GMMI and had the reply from Mrs. Rudzik by e-mail 11 (!!) minutes later, on which date and with which check number the bill had been paid. The letter from the hospital and the check had crossed each other in the mail.
We are absolutely enthusiastic about the friendly and competent service GMMI is offering in the US and hope that you will continue to work with GMMI in the future!

I just want to thank you for all the kindness and support you gave to me over the past several weeks. We were very concerned about you during the terrible hurricane (s). We hope everything is alright with you and your family and collegues in Florida. We hope this small gifts will help you relax after all the hard days work at GMMI and also at home.
