Like our clients, GMMI’s employees come from all over the world. 12 nationalities and 15 languages are represented. We recruit and train candidates with
international understanding, caring attitude and the resourcefulness to vigilantly monitor the service to our clients and seek new solutions.

Anja Bachert
Anja Bachert is a native of Germany, where she worked as a judicial officer for many years. In 1995, along with her husband of 19 years and their beautiful
6-year old daughter, Anja and her family moved to the United States. Anja joined GMMI in December 2003 as a Customer Service Representative for the 24-hour
department and was promoted to Director of Client Accounts in November of 2005.
Anja is bilingual in German and English. She is very happy to be a part of the GMMI "family".

Gilda Folger
Gil Folger was born in Morocco and has lived in France & Israel before she moved to the United States. Besides her two native languages French and Arabic
she speaks Hebrew, English, Italian, Romanian and Spanish. Gil graduated from Beit Berl Teacher's College, Israel & Haifa University, Israel where she
studied English, French and Hebrew Literature, and she was an Associate Professor of French and studied English at Dowling College, New York. In her journey
through life she has been blessed with three beautiful children and has had the opportunity to learn about many different cultures.
Her skills in foreign languages and professional experience as an administrative assistant in various international companies are great assets in her current
occupation as an Account Manager here at GMMI.
She resides in Plantation, Florida and is pleased to be of assistance together with the rest of the GMMI team.

Hannelise H. Blease
Hannelise H. Blease joined Global in 1999 as a Customer Service Rep and worked as Customer Service Assistant Manager until she was promoted to Customer
Service Manager in March 2005. In February 2007 she transferred over to her current position as an Account Manager. Hannelise brings 10 years of hospitality and
operations management experience from the travel industry, having worked in Spain, Morocco, Italy & the United Kingdom.
She is multi-lingual in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, English & some Spanish.

Katja Väisänen
Katja Väisänen joined GMMI in June of 2006 for an international internship position, after completing a Master's degree in Business and
Administration major in International Business in her native Finland. During her studies she also gained international experience by studying in France and
working in Spain in the tourism industry. Katja is currently working as an Account Manager and feels privileged to have been given an opportunity to become a
professional in the international health care/insurance industry.
Katja's language skills include Finnish, English and intermediate French and Swedish.

Soraia Arroyo Lynch
Soraia Arroyo Lynch earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Loras College, a private Catholic institution in the Midwest US. Originally
from the large city of São Paulo, Brazil, Soraia came to the US on her own as a student when she was only fifteen.
Soraia started at Global in September 1996 as the Executive Assistant for both the President & CEO and the VP. Currently her position is Director of
Client Accounts & Marketing. Her English, Portuguese and Spanish language skills along with her knowledge of several Latin cultures contribute to
Global's diverse work force. Soraia studied for her MBA at Nova Southeastern University while working full time at Global. She graduated with her MBA in 2004
and is currently developing her French language skills.

Yuko McLeod
Yuko McLeod is a native of Japan, where her career began in customer service and business development in the precision machinery
industry. Yuko came to the United States in 1989 for an Associate’s degree in Business Administration at Harcum College, Pennsylvania. She has been with
Global Medical Management since 1993, building her thorough experience through all aspects of claims processing.
In addition to being GMMI’s Claims Team Leader, Yuko is the main facilitator for Global Medical Management’s Japanese
clients.
