2008 was a milestone year for GMMI. We introduced new services and secured very competitive contractual agreements with key U.S. providers. These direct contracts afford our clients improved access and increased savings outcomes in various facilities across the United States.

In 2009, additional direct contracts will be announced and availed to our Clients and GMMI will continue to bring our Clients more value-added tools. We will continue to offer our Clients full transparency through our 24-hr GMMI Online web service, as well as full data integration and data exports into the Client's software system. On the end-user level, GMMI continues to increase available services by creating new interactive web tools that allow Insured Patients and Medical Providers to print I.D. cards, review benefits, check claim status, submit claims, and so forth.

Despite the U.S. and world financial crisis, GMMI has maintained our strong market position both by retaining our Clients' business, as well as growing into some new markets. We move into 2009 with focus in our core business and with the flexibility needed to navigate these challenging times. Around the world stock markets have fallen, large financial institutions have collapsed or been bought out, and governments in even the wealthiest nations have had to come up with rescue packages to bail out their financial systems. We are well aware of how this crisis affects travel patterns, consumer choices, insurance companies worldwide, and brace ourselves for the challenges of 2009.
